Our purpose
Torch Careers is an information hub for people exploring employment, career choices, side hustles, funding and workplace learning. Our aim is to make the next step easier to understand.
What we do
- Organise links to employer recruitment portals.
- Publish practical guides on career paths and small-business ideas.
- Point readers toward official funding, training and public-service resources.
- Encourage people to check eligibility and deadlines directly with providers.
What we do not do
We are not a recruitment agency, funding provider, school or government department. We do not employ applicants, award funding or guarantee outcomes. Applications and decisions remain with the relevant organisation.
How we aim to help
We prioritise clear language, useful context, links to official sources where available and reminders to verify information before applying.
